Please note that your order may begin processing immediately after submitted; it may not be possible to modify or cancel existing order even within an hour of placement.


If you are unable to change or cancel an existing order:
don’t worry, returning your purchase will be easy with pik’s fashions returns

To cancel order after one hour of placement you may still contact internet customer support. If your order has shipped via ups/fedex, we will be more than happy to request to have your order returned to our fulfillment center. please note: there is no guarantee we would be able to reroute your order.

If your order is unable to be re-routed, you may receive a credit by:
returning the merchandise to the online store address
refusing the delivery at the time of delivery (this will return all merchandise inside the parcel).
using the return label inside your package

Returning items purchased on piksfashions.com

We want you to be happy with your purchase at piksfashions.com. you may return most merchandise for a full refund, less shipping charges, based on the original form of payment, anytime after purchase. if you are returning a gift, you will receive a store merchandise credit.



THERE IS A 30 DAY RETURN POLICY. ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THE EXACT MANNER THEY WERE RECEIVED, E.G. WITH CARDS AND DUST BAGS. MERCHANDISED RETURNED MUST BE RETURNED IN ORIGINAL PACKAGES AND IN NEW CONDITION. ANY ITEM THAT IS RETURNED IN BROKEN, TORN OR NOT IN ORIGINAL CONDITIONS WILL BE SENT BACK TO BUYER AND MONEY WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. ANY DISCREPANCY IN THE ORDER RECEIVED MUST BE REPORTED VIA EMAIL WITHIN 24 HOURS UPON RECEIPT OF THE GOODS. SHIPPING AND HANDLING IS NOT REFUNDABLE


Return items by mail:
use the return form that accompanied the merchandise shipment. we provide a pre-addressed shipping label for your convenience,

Complete the return form indicating the item(s) being returned and reason(s)
securely pack your merchandise with the invoice
ship u.s. postal service or ups using the pre-addressed mailing label. please insure your package.

We’ll process your return within 4 days of receipt, though it will take longer to appear on your statement. if you provide a email address, we’ll notify you via email when your return has been received and processed




How long does it take for a return to come through?

Please allow 7-10 business days for the return transit, plus an addition 4 business days upon receipt, for the return to be completed and the refund to be issued to your account. if you provide an email address, we’ll email you when your return has been received and processed.


How will i receive credit for the items returned to piksfashions.com?

You can return merchandise for a full refund, which will be credited to you in the original tender. for gift returns or orders with different shipping & billing information, or if you paid with a gift card, the refund will be issued in the form of a credit to your account. if you are returning a gift, the amount can be credited to a pik’s fashions account, an existing gift card, which can be used online at pik’s fashions store.


Shipping fees for returning

There is a $7.95 charged applied only if the item(s) are returned. to a return. we’ve included a pre-addressed shipping label in your package to make it easy to return your item(s) by mail.

Please be aware that the return shipping & handling fee will be deducted from the amount of your credit.
